Privacy Policy
Settle is playable start to finish with no account. When you play anonymously — the default — the app collects nothing and transmits nothing: your progress lives on your device only. Everything below the anonymous case is an optional exception, not the rule.
In the app
Anonymous play: nothing is collected, nothing is transmitted. Your progress is stored on-device only.
Signing in is optional and something you choose to do — Settle never requires an account to play. Once you're signed in (via Sign in with Apple, or an email one-time code), the app sends a small set of information to the shared Solid Systems portfolio backend, for app functionality only:

There is no tracking. Settle uses no IDFA, no advertising identifier, and no third-party ad SDK — there is no cross-app or cross-site ad correlation of any kind.
On-device, Settle uses UserDefaults (declared under the Required Reason API
reason code CA92.1) to store only your own undo balance and meta-progress —
readable only by this app, on this device.
On this website
If you leave a note through the contact form on punknboo.com, we store: the
email address you provide, if any; which page the note came from; the platform you picked;
the note text; your browser's user-agent string; the country Cloudflare reports for your
request; and a short salted hash of your IP address kept only for abuse triage — we never
store the raw IP. Your note may be emailed to the team so a human can read and reply.
Children
The whole game is playable with no account. Anonymous play transmits nothing. Signing in is optional and intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and want an account removed, email us at the address below.
Keeping and removing your information

In the app: Settings → Delete Account removes your account across the
Punknboo / 700 Days apps (
DELETE {didja}/v1/account). - On-device progress leaves with the app when it is deleted.
- On the website: feedback notes are kept until they've been acted on, and can be removed on request at the contact address below.
